Eric Schodowski is a real estate entrepreneur, investor, and operator with a focus on multifamily assets and residential assisted living communities. Since 2019, he has acquired, improved, and exited multiple properties, including a small apartment building in Louisiana where he increased rents 30+ percent and achieved a 40+ percent gain over purchase price in under three years through strategic renovations and repositioning.
He owns and manages a growing portfolio of multifamily and single-family rentals across Florida, Ohio, Indiana, Tennessee, and Louisiana. Eric brings a disciplined approach to underwriting, portfolio expansion, and operational excellence, supported by a strong foundation in engineering and business analytics. Eric is a Certified Residential Assisted Living Specialist (RALS), holds an MBA from Cleveland State University, and earned a B.S. in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering from CSU. He also serves as a Senior Consultant with a global engineering firm.
Eric and his business partner, Josh, are the founders of Evergreen Gardens Assisted Living, a newly built, fully licensed residential assisted living community in Northeast Ohio. Evergreen Gardens was designed from the ground up to provide a warm, home-like environment with quality care, predictable operations, and strong financial performance. The success of Evergreen Gardens reflects Eric’s commitment to responsible development, disciplined execution, and creating meaningful passive investment opportunities for partners, family, and investors.
Joshua Early

Josh builds efficient residential operations and delivers consistent, disciplined returns for investors.
He is a real estate investor and business executive with experience across single-family and multifamily acquisitions in Florida, Ohio, Alabama, and Pennsylvania. He began investing in single-family homes before expanding into larger projects and now focuses on building scalable real estate platforms alongside Eric.
Josh’s professional background includes senior leadership roles as a Business Executive and Director, where he built teams, developed business systems, and executed growth strategies across engineering, operations, maintenance, marketing, continuous improvement, and research and development. His interdisciplinary experience provides Tru Wealth with a strategic advantage in operations, capital allocation, team development, and project execution.
Josh holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a Certified Residential Assisted Living Specialist (RALS) and remains active in his community through service and leadership roles.
Josh is the co-founder of Evergreen Gardens Assisted Living, a newly built, fully licensed residential assisted living community in Northeast Ohio. In his role, he oversees strategic planning, resident experience, and operational performance.
